So for the past month or so I've had some forearm soreness that won't seem to go away. I'm wondering if any of you have a had something similar; I think it's being caused by deadlifts.
The pain starts where my forearm and elbow meet and it's specifically on the thick forearm muscle on the top of the forearm. The pain (and stiffness) is most pronounced when I flex do a bicep curl motion and curl my wrist inwards, (as if I were trying to touch my pinky to my shoulder).
I'm not sure if I pulled something, have tendonitis, or what.
