Well can you pick stuff up with that arm? Because if you can, then you should be able to flex your bicep.

hmmm... maybe you've had a stroke and the left side of your body is paralyzed and you just didn't notice until you tried to flex your bicep.... that could be it...

Hmm...well I'm sorry if this thread is so rediculous, I thought maybe I'd get a mature answer.

To clear things up: I lift the same with my left as my right, and oftentimes when benching my left is actually stronger than my right. And no, I have not suffered a stroke. I just can't flex it.

natty Lftr, take you left elbow and put it on the table in front of you with you forearm/hand straight up in the air, and your palm facing away from you. now twist your hand so it is facing you, and while you do this feel your left bicep with your right hand...you should feel it flexing. Do this many times, until you can replicate the feeling without twisting your hand...and boo ya, you are flexing. lol aside from that I don't know what to say

maybe you're trying to say that your right is significantly larger than your left when you flex?

if so: just lift hard and it should even out bud, wouldn't worry about it

    ps, pics would help

Truthfully it's probably just muscle control.

You may have the movement of a flex down, but you just can't 'tighten' your left arm like your right. I think you're just focusing on flexing your right hard and doing the motion of the left. Try it the other way around. Lead with your left and bring your right up second...trick your mind a bit.

i think he means his right bicep has a peak but his left doesnt peak as much. Mine do the same thing. Get used to it, cause you can't change it. And stop posting ******ed threads.
