    Is this my bone structure or uneven muscles?

    I know that some people who only bench (and no back) begin to have a bit of a hump: their pecks squeeze their shoulders together) but im not sure if this is an example of uneven muscles.


    I don't know how I didn't notice this till the day after my 18th bday.



    My left shoulder seems to be pulled up higher then my right shoulder.

    So are you saying that you are getting that hump or not?

    As for the shoulders, how much higher? Are you sure it isn't just you seeing things?

    I mean after all you didn't notice it your entire life until after your 18th birthday.

    Your left trap looks shorter then your right trap. There's really not much you can do to change that, it's just genetics.

    I'm not even positive you are standing exactly straight up. Look at your body in relation to the background (ie the door which 'should' be perfectly horizontal).

    If anything, the camera is a little off centered but I look a few pics: they're all like that.

    The left shoulder IS higher.

    Makes no sense to me

    My left shoulder sits naturally higher than my right as well. I believe it is a result of the tendonitis I develloped in my right shoulder playing waterpolo.

    Do you have anything like that?

    Nope, not that I know if.

    My left was trained more when I did kickboxing:left hooks developed my muscles on that side more.

    I have a very slight bend in my lower back..but its less drastic then the difference in my shoulders.

    A curvature anywhere in your spine will result in muscles not being symmetrically positioned on your torso. How long ago did you see a doc about your scoliosis?
