    Is My Routine Healthy Or Am I Overtraining?

    this has been my routin for the past 2 months id liek to know if im over training or is it unhealthy or should i change some things up or add any helpful tips would be appreciated...thanks in advance///

    Monday:Chest, Tris, Forearms
    Bench: 5 sets of 8
    Dumbell Bench:5 sets of 10
    Dumbell Fly's: 5x8
    Tri's
    Cable Pushdowns: 5x12
    Skullcrusher: 5x8
    Dips: 3x10
    Forearms
    Reverse Preacher Curls 5 x 10

    Tuesday:Back, Bis, Shoulders
    Dumbell Rows: 5x8
    Machins Row: 5x10
    Preacher Curls: 5x10
    Dumbell Shoulder Press: 5x10
    Lever Shoulder Press: 5 x 10

    Rest

    Thurs: Cardio,Abs,Squats
    weighted decline sit ups 25x3
    Squat 5x8
    run for 20 min
    calf raises 5x 12

    REST..FRI,SAT,SUN

    That's a lot of volume.

    You say nothing about the length of time you've been training; that might clue us in on some things.

    are your lifts stalling? is it working for you? everyone is different....

    recently ive noticed a stall...clue u in on what?...time maybe an hour an a half...no less than 2 hours

    That looks like way, way too much to me.

    Generally, it's not a bad idea to switch up your routine every couple of months.

    switch yout rountine up and do some HIT, hard work gives u the results

    If you are stalling ya maybe try less volume, also are you cutting or bulking? When I was bulking I had a routine with more volume than that and it was fine, but when I started cutting I had to cut volume way down.

    Cut your sets and exercises in half by dropping most of the isolation movements. Add in deadlifts and chins.

    I meant the total amount of time you've been training. If you have at least a couple of years underneath your belt, then your training needs will be slightly different from that of someone who's barely lifted a weight in his life.

    YO I APPRECIATE DA FEEDBACK...IM GOING TO CONSIDER CHANGING UP MY ROUTINE...IM BULKING BY THE WAY...N IVE BEEN TRAINING FOR MAYBE 6 MONTHS NOW...THANKS/////
