Well...
I did some close grip bench presses on Sunday [for the first time I think!] and my triceps are STILL sore..but after examining and really getting in touch I notice my long head and lateral head feel so..well kinda mushy,soft even.......I've always been pissed off at how I can never get my arms to develop and know I see how weak that part is..[I do dips,push ups bench etc..]
The close grip bench worked wonders-actually like I've never felt my triceps work before..... anyone else have some thoughts?
And still looking for a workout partner in Vancouver B.C. it was great but too far for him to go.......
