    Hit me

    12 weeks

    I am 18%bodyfat

    I want to get down to 9% bodyfat

    I got 12 weeks

    Did I mention I got 12 weeks?

    How many days is it that? doesnt matter, its on.

    Doesnt this sound like somebody introducing a new show? like 24hours or something, boring show anyway.


    I am going to post a before and after picture.

    Now, how does a person go from 18 to 9 % bodyfat in 12weeks without losing muscle?

    How, why and what should I do!

    You'll probably have to lose 'some' muscle. But otherwise do the math on what kind of deficit you'll need and eat/exercise accordingly.

    Of course you could always try a cycle on gear.

    If I 18% and had 12 weeks, I'd do a PSMF for 6 weeks or so, then just normal 20% under maintenance cut to finish.

    I'm not totally knowledgeable on this, but I've heard that all liquid cuts work. They're brutal, but they work, so long as you're taking the needed vitamins. I'm sure you'd have to introduce some type of solid food, but, as stated, I'm no pro.

    I can't even bulk right.

    Why do I have to lose some muscle, I am 21, I got a erection 24/7, I can eat good foods, I got whey protein powder.

    What is PSMF brickt?

    Got to know that so you can figure out how many pounds 9% for you will be.

    So you're looking to lose about a pound and a half a week. 750 cals under maintenance. That could be easy or hard depending what your maintenance is.

    Well, really it's about two pounds of week (1000 cal def... oof) assuming you can't lose 100% fat.

    If you can lose 2lbs of fat a week while gaining muscle on a cal deficit diet I would probably avoid green rocks and guys with the first name Lex.

    Okay, 232 lbs assuming 18% bodyfat means 190 lbs LBM, and you want to get to 9%, which means 209 lbs, assuming zero loss of LBM.

    This translates to a 23-lb fat-drop you need to accomplish over 12 weeks - 1.9 lbs a week means a deficit of 6700 cals per week, continually adjusting as your maintenance calories drop.
    This means at least 950 calories a day below maintenance.

    Unless your maintenance calories are around 4700 a day, my style of carb-cyling NOT going to work without a loss of muscle.

    I suggest PSMF.

    PSMF = Protein Sparing Modified Fast or Please Send Me Food

    It's a HUGE caloric defecit diet, consisting of like 95% protein, vegies and fishoil.
    You train 2-3xtimes a week, full body, in the 2x5 rep range, doing compounds.

    To roughly quote some dude "PSMF is basically a controlled starvation. You are existing on just enough to survive. Any it feels like it, too."

    You can wait around here and home someone chimes in that's done it (Hatred, SobaAddict are two that come to mind) or go over to www.bodyrecomposition.com and check out the PSMF forums.

    It's a great diet for losing fat veeeeery fast.

    Rock check out this thread http://www.wannabebigforums.com/show...50#post1321150 .. it's Organichu's all liquid psmf. U can do one with whole foods instead. basically as brickt said it's almost all protein, u get fats from fish oil caps, and can eat some veggies, but other than that, nothing. There are also specific workouts, if i understand correctly that go with a psmf diet, but i am unsure of what they are... i'm sure someone on here can explain them to u. gl with the cut rock, exctied to see the before and afters!

    If you go the route Organichu went your looking at about 7-8 shakes a day with some EFA's and 1 re-feed somewhere in the middle. He also had a lb of chicken a week.

    I don't think the muscle you'd lose doing psmf would be worth it to you to lose the fat. Why are you wanting to do this, anyway? A new goal you've set up for yourself?
