    Visual BF Estimate?

    Hey i was hoping anyone who has an eye for estimating body fat might give my picture a werl.

    I'm 6'2 180 lbs.

    I'm flexing in the picture.. if its better to not flex.. i can make another photo.

    Tough call but id say around 12% give or take

    Yeah I'd say about 14%.

    The problem is that the skinner you get, the more difficult it is for me to give a good estimate. No offense but 6'2" 180 certainly isn't thick or anything in my book (not that it should matter to you, it's all about how you want to look).

    thanks 14% it is...

    And i don't think i'm thick. Just starting out seroiusly about a month ago and happy with the small gains so far.

    My goal is 190lbs at 10-11% bf. for now.

    I dont think you are 14%. I can see your bicep vein and the are around your midsection is kinda lean. I'm gonna go with 12.5-13%
