    Help with training?

I work out six times a week doing only one muscle part each day. I usually hit each muscle for a good hour and fifteen minutes really hard. So far its been working but i was wondering if there is something better I can be doing. I dont know how some one can life two muscles parts in the same day because for me that would be over two hours in the gym and i know thats to much??? any ideas

An hour and fifteen per muscle seems like alot to me. I usually work two groups and I'm usually done in under an hour.

If you can't get in & out of the gym in under an hour you're not working intense enough, and that's doing 2 muscles per session. Last night I did 10 sets of chest and a few sets at the end for biceps in 50min and couldn't lift my arms afterwards. I lift 3/4 days a week, 6 would be way too much for me.

If you're lifting heavy then you are most likely overdoing it. Post your routine.

No, it's not. But you are training too much and probably not eating enough to do it. Take a look around the site and you'll find out what you need to do.
