Woke up and my shoulder is killing me...

I can move it a little bit comfortably but as soon as I move it pass the comfort zone it hurts like a b*tch. I'm hoping that I just slept weird on it last night. Yesterday at the gym I did Incline barbell bench, decline dumbell, dips, pull ups, dead lift, bent barbell rows, and shrugs... if I wouldve messed it up last night wouldn't I have felt it?? I will be so pissed if it's an injury...

I think its the way you slept on it. When you say it hurts to move it out of your comfort zone, which direction are you moving it (ie. abduct, adduct, extension, flexion)?

it hurts anyway I try to raise it, I don't know what the abduct, adduct, extension and flexion are but if I raise it forward like im pointing directly in front of me it hurts, and if I raise it to the side like im pointing directly to the side of me it hurts

flexion is raising your straight out, abducting is raising it out to the side. It sounds like your RC, you can lift when it doesn't hurt.

Its possible overtraining i use to have that problem alot to, so i dont work my upper body as much anymore only like twice a week, and a take Viatmen d once daily, and i dont have anymore shoulder problems.
    The line has been drawn...
