The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

ever screw up on your food intake?

i track all my food on fitday. i usually take in about 3200-3600 cals a day.

today i punched everything in and after going over it all about 8 times, i confirmed that i had barely consumed 1900cals.

Kinda pisses me off. yesterday i worked so hard to get in 4,000 cals, then today i ended up skipping a meal and was really busy, didnt think i would be this low.

I'm trying to find a way to make up this deficit before bed, lol

Nowhere near as bad as if you were cutting and ate and extra 1700.

You can slam the extra cals tomorrow.

looks at cals over a week as opposed to day to day, one off day isnt as big a deal if the other 6 are perfect

I've been off/short my on cals just about everyday for the past 2 weeks.

And somehow I managed to get up 220 lbs today. (up from 190 2.5 months ago)

Yeah i screw up all the time - don't worry bout it.

Need those extra cals before bed - shots of olive oil, few pints of milk, few tbsp PB etc.

I do like doing this when i see that I added 1 liter of cottage cheese instead of one cup, and I catch it later on in the day. I'm on a cut by the way, but I do hate it when i over do it. I'm realllly looking forward to my first ever bulk probably sometime this summer.
Cause sometimes you just feel tired.
You feel weak and when you feel weak you feel like you wanna just give up.
But you gotta search within you, you gotta find that inner strength
and just pull that shit out of you and get that motivation to not give up
and not be a quitter, no matter how bad you wanna just fall flat on your face and collapse.
