    time for a change

    ok im about ready to switch up my routine a little this is how it looks


    Monday
    chest - tri

    dumbell bench 50 pnds 3 sets 8 reps
    pushups 25
    close grip bench 120 1 8
    close grip bench 130 1 8
    close grip bench 150 1 5
    overhead press 50 3 8
    pushups 15 + 1 each week
    cardio 30 min


    Tuesday
    legs / abs
    squat 110 (i have not done any yet, dont know how much i can do)3x8
    lunge 35 3x8
    calf raise 20 3x10
    crunch
    oblique crunch


    wed - rest


    thursday
    shoulder
    side raises 20 3x8
    reverse.fly's 25 3x8
    upright rows 65 3x8
    cardio 30 min

    friday
    back / bicept
    deadlift 150 2x5
    deadlift 175 2x5
    deadlift 200 1x2
    dumbell bentover rows 40 3x8
    chin up(palm out) 2x5
    pull up (palm in) 2x5
    preacher curl 55 3x8
    hammercurl 35 3x8

    sat and sun rest

    so how does this look?? any suggestions?

    do:
    Military press for shoulders, and/or arnold press
    Should put some dips in the chest day
    Straight leg deadlifts on leg day

    dont do:
    cardio on days workout days
    dunno how neccessary/helpful the pushups are, unless you want the endurance...

    if you want to do db bench, i recommend still doing bb, maybe do one flat and one incline

    cant do dips yet i work out at home...in a small room.lol.
    dips will wait tell summer so i can build a squat rack with dip bars on it.

    yea you can, grab two chairs,

    voila!

    not as efficient but still good, that may be more for tri's though

    yeah i was doing that one for a while it hits the tris' pretty good....but now that you mention it i can probobly find somthing taller then chairs so i can get some kind of dip action going for my chest. thnx
