My question is, does one need to include cardio to lose body fat? I know that cardio would maxamize the fat loss results, but is it a MUST to lose body fat?
Im afraid not matey not required. Just easier to eat 2500 cals and burn 500 with a cardio session than do no cardio and eat 2000. Basically calories in vs calories out will determine fat loss/gained.
Not necessary, but helpful. Look into HIIT.
