    two pulls and pushes

    I'm looking for two good compound push excerises (well one is bench press, i just need another) to workout total upper body, and two good compound pull excerises (well one is a bent over row, i just need another) to workout total upper body? and i only have a barbell to workout with

    Since you already have bench, handling the pecs, and the antagonist bent over rows, hitting the upperback hard, you need a vertical push and a vertical pull. I agree with push presses and pullups, that'll keep your lats and delts in proportion.
