    Belly fat

    I work out five to six times a week with weights. My diet is not the best it could be but I eat one gram of protien per pound of body weight. I have been weight training for two years. My gains are okay but that d@#$ belly fat will not go away. Also, I have not done much ab work. Can you offer advise such as diet or whatever. Thanks.

    Training-
    Mon-Chest, Tri and shoulders
    Tues- Legs
    Wed- Back and Biceps
    Thurs- Chest, Tri and Shoulders
    Fri- Legs
    Sat- Back and Biceps

    I eat about every two hours. Some of which is protien supplement. Breakfast consists of six to eight egg whites and two pieces of wheat toast, sometimes fruit. Lunch consists of mainly chicken and vegitables and a baked potato. Supper is whatever the wife fixes, which somewhat healthy. Oh, I am also 35 years old. If that makes a difference. Enough info?
