Old picture, from August. At the time I didn't know exactly what I was doing. I was cycling 150 mpw, weightlifting three times a week and eating very healthy. I was also running 3 miles every now and then. Usually whenever I was bored and didn't feel like just sitting around. I weighed in at about 190-195.
This is me as of four or five days ago. I am in a bulk and am eating anything I see, along with having a 1000 cal protein shake almost everyday. I am taking 5g of creatine and I have little to no cardio. The only exercise besides lifting at the moment is pushing carts around at the grocery store because it's my job. I weight 215 lbs and am just trying to stay the same weight but have a lowe bf%.
