    BF% accuracy

Man it's been a while since I been here. Hokay, so. I recently had a full physical done for work/insurance policy. Everything checks out normal. HDL is a little low, but that's fine. When they tested my body compostion, they used some electrode-type set-up very much like an EKG. In fact, it was almost exactly the same. My BF% read out at 3%. The nurse and the doctor showed no alarm. They were a little awed and said I was the lowest that they'd seen, but said since that everything else was normal, that I was fine. So how accurate was this machine? Anyone had any experience with it?

Yeah post a pic of yourself. It's not unlikely to be under 10% until you get to the sub-5% range. As Built said, I doubt the device was accurate, those things are known for inaccuracy.

Presumably that's him in his avatar and member profile. He's definitely below 10.

Yes he is, no doubts there... He could litterally walk on stage with the way he looks. The only problem is that he doesn't have much mass. Very athletic look and very ripped out. Awesome body fat level.... Not 3%, but I would say you could easily be 6% without a problem.

Not 100% accuracy but usually they will read high rather then low so you can't be too much above that. Judging by your picture I would say at or close to 6%. I agree with archangel.
