    Need a Routine.

    Hello. I'm new to weightlifting and I need a routine to start me off. It's a little bit overwhelming, what with all the different kinds of exercises, and I really have no clue where to begin. A complete workout routine/schedule to start me off would be great. Any help is much appreciated.

    Yup, try that routine above and use this site http://www.exrx.net/Lists/Directory.html to look up any exercises you don't understand.
