it was my shoulder day today, but my gym buddy couldnt make it. Usually i warm up with 17.5kg dumbells for shoulder press, and then go straight into 45kg x 3. I thought seems as i had no spotter id take it easy and only go upto the 40kg db's . I couldnt even knock out 1 rep? i was pretty physced when i went in, only thing thats different recently is ive started doing gardening jobs and it tires me out. I was knackered y'day by 1030pm. Do yuo think this could be the reason for my crappy lifts? just pure lack of energy? i just hope im not losing strength!
