    About time i posted pics

Havent really posted enough on here over the last few years.
But the last pics i posted were in Sept. when i was weighing in at 195 and stats were:
    Bench: 1RM = 205
    Dead: 225
    Squat: 205

Ive put on about 10 pounds since so im 205 / 206
    Stats are currently
    Bench: 1RM = 245
    Dead: 345
    Squat: 275 / 285

First pic is last year and second two are current.

Im bulking for about another 1 1/2 months and then cutting through the summer. Im hoping to get to 210 when my bulk is done and cut down to 200.
Then do it all again next year but keep puttin on some mass.

You aren't strong enough or pretty enough to train in the evenings with us...better stick to noon workouts with the rest of the geriatrics. - pup

yeah, I also agree. You put on some good mass with very little or no fat gain. Nice poundage increases also. Keep it up

Thanks for the comments, it was hard to "clean" bulk about 9 / 10 pounds
in 7-8 months. But hopefully i can progress further in the next year or so.

Looking good man. Keep up the good work. I'm also trying to get into the 200s. Prolly won't though. Well best of luck to us both on our clean bulks.
