    Pullups Achieve

    today i did 9 pull ups (hand facing wall) I think thats really good for me, what do you guys think?

    ? What is your bw? Age? Lifting experience? 9 pullups isn't bad, although I can pump out about 35.

    You ca do 35 pullups @ 205?

    If I were to start from scratch as a young 13 year old again, I would do every press, squat, and perhaps deadlifts, for my entire career with chains. -- Dan John

    Thankyou! You guys make me feel good, nice community around here. Its a good feeling when last year i couldnt even do 1 and now this year i can do 9 ever since i started working out in August. Its feels good.

    It's better than 8. Not as good as 10.

    sounds fine to me, cheater pullups which i see people do all the time in my gym i can do like 12 but real full pullups im with you bro, 8.

    ^Oh yeah, if it's cheater pullups it's not good. Learn to get the full range of motion if you're not already.

    2 full ROM pullups are better than 10 partial ROM pullups.

    Nicely done Bench! When I started training I could only do three or four myself - I can do about twenty now -- maybe I should try doing them weighted? heh
    I can resist everything except temptation.
