    First pics... and an uneven body?

    17 and weightlifted for a while. Never got serious about it though until now. My goals are to reach maybe 150 in 7 weeks. Hope thats a realistic goal. I have a problem with weightgain though. My metabolism is really high and we usually eat rice around the house. Don't know if i can eat 4000+ cals worth of food. Also my gym time is really limited. About 30 mins a day. Oh and in the pics is it just me or is my body really uneven? Any Comments and critiques appreciated. Oh and is there any way to get rid of scars?

    -Oh yea and going back to Vietnam in the summer so I'm going to start a cut there.

    i don't think you need to cut at all, quite the contrary, bulk!

    I agree, bulk, bulk, bulk. Nice and lean, good base to start with. Get lifting and eat.

    you are lean...but if you want to gain weight (well muscle that is) you will need to eat alot and have a good training routine.

    I eat rice with anything i can put in it. Eggs, Pork, Chicken etc. And I generally its about 5 cups of rice a day. Heres a link to my fitday journal.

    Not sure on the specific breakdown of the macros for you, but your carbs are too high and you aren't getting enough protein and fat. Check out some of the stickies on diets and look for some ideas on the types of food you need for optimal gains.

    well being asian myself, rice is a staple at every meal, so although the carbs may be too high ideally, it is something that your going to have to deal with as we can't just cut it out.

    Wow, too many carbs. Up the protein+fat, lower the carbs. If you really can't take rice out of your diet, atleast take the apple juice out.

    I know a lot of members on here may not particularly agree with me, but if you're unable to cut the rice out of your diet and replace it with something higher in protein and lower in carbs I would highly suggest supplementing with a protein shake once a day. You could throw a couple scoops in and have an extra 40 grams or protein. This would be very beneficial to you since you're only getting 100 grams or protein or less per day.
    5'11.75

    Squat: 350
    OHP: 190

    if u can't gain weight, keep eating what ur eating, just eat some more protein and more fat... grab some protein powder, grab some milk and grab some olive oil and mix it all up, and voila, u have ur missing ingredients to a bigger and stronger you!
