    Realistic goals?

    Hi,

Wondering if there are rules of thumb for calculating what size you can realistically, and naturally, reach.

Feeling overwhelmed in terms of what can be done, and what routine to use!

    Cheers

Moved to General Chat. Try to use the Training forums for training questions.

To answer your question, it's absolutely impossible to calculate. Either way, improving your strength, fitness, and overall health by exercising is a good thing. Size/looks are bonus, but don't let them rule you.

Right, sorry about posting in the wrong places!

I realise that there can be no absolutes, but whilst i will be training regardless, i wanted to set myself some realistic goals.

    No prob.

Set short term and long term goals. Your short term goals should be building blocks towards the long term.

Why not tell us where you are and what you want? It will be easier to structure your goals if we see some numbers.
