Evening all, how is everyone? ? ?
Just wondered if in-between bench dips are good for the triceps? ? ? Reason being that i am new to weights and so forth, and i cant manage more than 4 dips at the moment.
Would i be right in thinking that in-between bench dips would help me to build up to doing more dips or not really? ? ?

I agree in betweens are great for building strength. Keep doing your dips and before you know it you'll have a forty five strapted to ya.

Between bench dips are the only kind my RC will let me do, and they work great!
When you start stacking plates on your lap, put a small towel between them so they don't slide around.
Yup, I recently put them at the end of my chest/triceps day and they're great.
Frankly, bench dips never worked so well for me. As an assistance exercise for the bench press it was worthless (for me at least) and as far as size is concerned.... ? Hard to say. They gave a nice pump and were def great for my ego in terms of progress.
