    Best Leg Workout Routine?

    What's up! I'm just wondering what the best leg workout routine is for building leg mass and strength, without zapping jumping and running ability?

    Squats, power clean, pylo jumps

    Besides those 3 (Sq, L, & DLs) plus the Plyos..
    I would add something for the calves... perhaps supersets of heavy raises with jumping rope...

    Straight legged deadlifts would be a nice addition as well.

    I'm doing squats, dead lifts, and lunges right now. I don't think I'll need to add anything else.

    Some form of squat, deadlift, GM and isometric quad exercise.

    So: ATG squats, deadlifts, goodmornings and DB bulgarians.
