    I tried doing deadlifts two days ago after watching this. I hurt my back and probably can't workout for a few weeks now. I'll never do deadlifts again.

    So, if sex goes badly one time, does that mean you'll give it up, too?

    Learn to do deads when your back has healed. It should be one of your main lifts.

    Did you see the video of this guy. I was just being an idiot, I've never done a deadlift, but I"m going to start. I was just looking on here to see how to do them and when I saw how this guy doing it I laughed at how stupid he looked. There is a guy at my gym that lifts to much weight for his lifts and this reminded me of him. I think I would hurt myself for sure if i did it like that.

    Also...if you're doing them for the first time you should NEVER USE HEAVY WEIGHT. Use light weight until you get the form down solid.
