    Caffeine

does anyone else both love and hate the effects of caffeine and coffee/tea etc. at the same time?

I just cant decide whether or not to give up having the coffee break or not.

i rather enjoy caffeine...but then my intake is one cup of coffee and 2 eca in the morning, and then 1 eca pre-workout so it;s not like i have these huge highs and lows with all the caffeine i'm taking in...

actually my eca has a low caffeine dose, plus that caffeine comes from green tea. I tried some of the one's y'all men use, and they just got me too wired, and when i'd cycle off adter 2 days i'd get caffeine headaches...

mine's real mellow. although, my hands are kinda shaky this morning. that's not normal though.

I have reduced my caffeine intake to <50g/day.
In the past (during my highschool years) my intake was always up to 400 mg but I used to have less than 6 hours of sleep/night so I had the need for a boost.
It produces some sides but they ain't permanent.

caffeine is really hit and miss with me -

it helps my training sometimes I have outstanding workouts because I have been buzzing from my last coffee, but other times I just feel faint and weak.
