Chest/Tris on Monday and Tris again friday?

My tris are lagging behind a lot and they are uneven: left is considerably weaker then my right.

I'm 18 only so I should be be able to this this without over training if I stop just short of failure?

    What getfit said.

Also, you can do them twice a week as long as you don't train to failure both times.

I'm doing dumbbell skullcrusher to make sure each hand is lifting the same weight.

If I have time I also try to do close grip barbell bench and tricep pulldowns.

Chest is DB flatbench and incline.

Do dips. Great for tri's. And there's really no feasible way to over-compensate to one side.

But I meant in regards to promoting hypertrophy. Right nie, I'm "only" doing 5-8 reps because thats any more would probably cause faliure.

I want to make sure I'm not doing to heavy of a weight.
