Hey guys, i started bulking yesterday, i took in 4500cals in the day, i only weight 125lbs so does sound sound good?, how many should i take in each day @ my weight. and alo i heard a rumor about gaining weight to fast can give you diabeites? is this true?
Can i have some tips on bulking @ my weight? thnks
