This is kind of related to the "squat on smith machine" post from earlier today...
I realize that barbell benching is better than using a smith machine, but I think for variety purposes it's OK to use a smith for bench/incline/decline presses once in a while (maybe 20% of the time). Am I correct in thinking this?
for variety puposes yes...but there are better options
