Ok so our off-season football workout has begun a couple of months ago. Our coach has us on a routine. but i have a few basic questions about liftng. They might seem stupid but here they are.
1.When should i do cardio workouts?
2.what time of cardio work should i do. Im getting stronger but i have no endurancee.
3.does cardio make you lose muscle?

2- You should focus on doing sprints, 40 yard dashes and 100 yard dashes. Suicides are also great for football. These exercises will give you the kind of endurance you need for football, while not robbing you of hard earned mucle.
3- Yes, especially if not done properly.
