Ok I've been cutting for a while now and I'm having great progress but there are still some areas that I'm really having problems with. I've heard of products that help with weight loss and allow you to retain lean muscle mass. I've tried to look around but it's too confusing so I leave the question to the wbb public. I already use 100% weigh gold standard and have had great progress with it but I need to loose that little extra stubor weight. (abbdominal aread)
any advice / testimonials would be great thanks.

Usually the parts of your body that you put fat on first will be the last places to lose it, i.e. your abs. I'm not all about products you mention but I just say stick with the cut and make sure your macros are calculated to perfection so that you maintain as much muscle you can while losing as much fat you can.
i believe you will need food, pen and paper, a small scale.
What are your workouts like?
