    Hook me up with THE BEST Powerlifting program

    Alright guys, my program I use at my weightroom is the worst program youll see in your life. I NEED NEED NEED a good powerlifting (or in general strength gaining) program. I know this program isnt working because I have lifted 3-4 times a week and I have lost strength, using creatine and whey and getting sufficient amounts of each each day. Please, i'm dying for a new program, anything that will do good!!

    thats just a modified westside routine. check out elitefts.com for the original westside routine.

    A child does not learn to squat from the top down. In other words, he does not suddenly make a conscious decision one day to squat. Actually, he is squatting one day and make the conscious decision to stand. Squatting precedes standing in the developmental sequence. This is the way a child's brain learns to use the body as the child develops movement patterns. Therefore, a child is probably crawling, rocks back into a squatting position with the back completely relaxed and the hips completely flexed, and stands when he has enough hip strength. This approach makes a lot of sense and can be applied to relearning the deep squat movement if it is lost. -Gray Cook

    And I want one of them Westside Barbell shirts. They increase your big three by 50lbs.

    Hey Risk, since I've gotten my Westside shirt, my big three has gone up almost exactly 50 lbs. Really. lol

    Since I got my "drew for prez" shirt, my burn and pump have been insane and I've increased from 12 reps on 25lb DB Curls to 20 reps. Really.

    Crippler i've got you topped buddy, since i got my "drew for prez" shirt my reps on the DB kickbacks have gone from 8 reps on the 15lb DB's to 20 on the 15lb DB's. DB kickbacks for teh w1n!!
