    Back/Triceps sore...ok to work legs?

This may be a stupid question but . . .

Lets say you worked your back and your tri's and they were still sore the next time you were supposed to workout. I'm assuming it is okay to go ahead and do my leg workout because I wouldn't be working any sore muscles. . . am I wrong?

    Thanks,
    zlip14

It's not even wrong to work sore muscles...only injured ones.

are you serious? why would i want to attempt to breakdown a muscle that is already broken down and hasn't completely recovered yet? isn't the point of breaking it down to allow the muscle to respond by becoming larger/stronger? that may be good for you, but not this guy.

I'm not saying going crazy on DOMS affected muscles, but some light work will increase the bloodflow and possible lessen the recovery time.
