Yeah I did - 1 set of 120s flat db press. This was AFTER a 5x5. I am sure that I could have done 130s. I am trying today since its chest day in fact. May have to repost on this thread.

Congrats on yours though. Nice pull.

A one armed pull up is very impressive, at least to me anyways. Pulled 440 on saturday but I am getting discouraged with my bench press.

I almost always set at least one PR in every workout. In fact, that's one of my goals.

This past week, I set a new Deadlift PR of 480 in a meet, and 363.7 meet PR in bench.

Littlejake could have hit 440+ a few months ago (maybe still? not sure). YatesNightBlade and BCC are probably up around there somewhere as well, probably higher for all I know.

Highest I ever got was like 365-370, never actually tested it though. Set my 335 PR a while before my prime, but never maxed out again.
    bests:
bp 335x1 (unequipped), sq 430x5 belt, dl 475x1 sumo (unequipped)

crikey. 200kg is just simply huge! lol.
Whats the world record? Im sure ive seen an 900lb bench before on video. And i also remember seeing a video of a guy attempting about a 300kg bench, and as he lifted the weight off the bar, his ass started to slide a little bit, and as he lowered the bar to his chest, he dropped the weight and it went straight through his ribs. Looked so damn painful!!
Video is here..... just found it.

    Not for the squeemish!!

    http://www.killsometime.com/video/Fi...ushed-Ribs.wmv

you can hear so clearly and loudly the crunch of his ribs snapping!

I think the raw record is Mendelssen's 740.

Shirted is a bit over 1000.
