Raise and Hold (your weight and time held)(Challenge)
Ok. I was just wondering what your guys and gals record times are forl raise and hold's. (where you lift a weight from your hips and hold out in front of u at chest height for as long as possible)
Do it after a workout and see how you do.
Grab a 10kg (22lb)weight disc (or any weight of your choice but thats what i use) and hold it with two hands, and lift and hold for as long as possible.
I did it again today and recorded my time.
Weight: 10kg 22lb) disc
Time: 1 minute 5 seconds. (personal best befoer workout is, 1 minute 40 seconds)
Burns the lats like damn hell!
I have also one a one handed raise and hold with the 10kg disc, and my time for that was 22 seconds i think.
Post away . I wanna see if anyone can break the 2 minute mark for the two handed 10kg hold. Cuz that wud be very impressive to me.
