    pics from 155lbs to 229 lbs, 21 months of work

    first pic is july of 04 just before i started lifting at 155 lbs

    2nd pic is 4 months after the first out at 180 lbs

    3rd pic is 1/05 after getting off my first cycle/fina for only 4 weeks i was 195 lbs in 3rd pic notice the bloat in the stomach area

    4th and 5th pics were taken on 11/05 i was 204 lbs(wish i would have stayed at this level)
