    dumbells from 10kgs - 80kgs

    low pulley row with 200kg stack

    leg press rated to 1000kgs

    a hardcore hell hole

    my training partner bbigman2000 21stone monster

    some of his lifts

    300kg deadlift
    450kg shrugs
    50kg dumbell curls
    60kg dumbell rear delt raises
    110kg french press

    cheers lads, will keep them coming, we try and film one end of each month, its a great way to see urself growing month by month.

    by the way, could i ask ya what program you used to edit your video. cause my little brother has all this skateing footage and we dont know of any decent programs to use.
