normally i take in a ton of carbs...im bulking on 5-6000kcals a day and countless carbs. what would happen if i dropped my carbs to only 1 cup or oats a day? also im going to add in a 30 minute moderate paced walk after each workoutm, ive never done cardio..
how do you guys think my body will react? im 255 right now with about 16% bf?
