    Rows are looking good!

Now, we just need to get you to a squat rack...
A child does not learn to squat from the top down. In other words, he does not suddenly make a conscious decision one day to squat. Actually, he is squatting one day and make the conscious decision to stand. Squatting precedes standing in the developmental sequence. This is the way a child's brain learns to use the body as the child develops movement patterns. Therefore, a child is probably crawling, rocks back into a squatting position with the back completely relaxed and the hips completely flexed, and stands when he has enough hip strength. This approach makes a lot of sense and can be applied to relearning the deep squat movement if it is lost. -Gray Cook

That's pretty close to the form i used to use on rows a couple months back.

Now i use close to no momentum when i row. Of course that means the weight i use now is a lot less than i was using a couple months ago, but i feel it's working better.

I'm no row expert haha. I absolutely hate trying to get row form down.

shouldn't you try and keep your legs still and just use your back to pull the weight up?

Well, i wreckon I cud do more than 220 now. And my form is now better than in that video. I try and keep legs as strict as possible. But some times, by pulling my back up my legs to tend to move too. The bastards!

    Great back/Leg day!

Watch the row form, keeping it tight is the real secret to improving on it...
Face it: biceps are the muscle that classifies you as a muscle man.

Next Back/leg workout i will nail those ****ing rows! lol.
Today is my Shoulder workout, so hopefully I can put some decent numbers up on Mil Presses. Cuz my mils (to me) are lacking. If only i had a rack, and a seat. Cuz i think If i could do seated shoulder presses with the bar, id be able to target them better than standing. but ill stop complaining and just grit my teeth and go through it! hehe
