    Lookin good man! Great cleaning strength, you look ripped too. You might want to watch for form a bit on the hang cleans though, it looked good except you bent your arms and rowed a little at the beginning.

    yes form isnt too good on cleans. Im workin on it tho. When i get form correct (with full squat at bottom, i wreckon i could be hang cleaning 80kg soon enough!

    Rob - well, maybe this extra 20lb bulk might pack some more meat onto ur arms, I mean with an extra 20lbs and the correct arm work im sure u cud gain at least another inch!

    yup me very small lol. its between 5ft 5 and 5ft 6. I hope to have another growth spurt before im 18 though. I'd love to be around 5ft 7. And weigh between 175-180lbs.

    I was thinking of maybe including front squats into the workout just to at least do some kind of squat. Weight cant be extremely heavy though, cuz ive gotta clean it up first.

    Workout

    holy hell! I jus did not feel right through workout today! must be the 4 days of rest ive had with Hannah of doin hardly anything hehe (playin on ps2, eating, ps2, *tut tut tut*, eating, *tut tut tut*, ps2) lol.

    I felt so strange (light headed, ill, exhausted) i had to cut short my workout and be a pussy and miss deads!

    lol. I was awesome on these today! damn i rele ripped them out! Back feels wicked strong!

    Barbell Front Squats (cleaned into position)

    I think these are what made me feel like **** in the workout. damn my squat is so weak! lol. Numbers were lower cuz i wasnt doing proper fton squats like on exrx. I was cleaning the weight up, and just holding it in startin mil press posotion throughout squats.

    = pathetic

    Barbell Hack Squats

    well im pleased i can still do reps on 100kg on hack squats!. Good workout and pleased with the PR. But i really did not feel good today!
