Haha, that's hilarious - as always, awesome rowing work, bro! I still can't even fathom rowing up another 100 lbs. I'm in the 120 range - 220 blows my mind. You're like a little ant! SOLIDDDDd

    Saturday 15th July 2006 (evening)

Okay. So after this mornings workout ive felt gr8 all day. I really wanted to do some tricep/chest work earlier.... so i did.
In my room lol. Whipped out my bull worker once again. (gr8 ****ing device it is!)
When fully pushed in, it has a resistance of around 45kg (100lbs) So I did some **** with it, mixed in with press ups And boy was i toasted at the end.

    Press ups Warm up

    BW x 15

    Tricep Pushdowns (using bullworker)

all reps had the bull worker fully squashed in. I did these in a kneeling down position. Was just like a normal cable tri pressdown.

    100 x 8
    100 x 8
    100 x 8
    100 x 8

damn quite tough last set. Felt good though.

Arrow Pulls (using bullworker) each hand

I just pulled as far as i could for all reps.

    x 8
    x 8

    Tricep Pressdown

    100 x 8
    100 x 8
    100 x 8

    Diamond Press ups

    Absolutley killer

    BW x 8
    BW x 8
    BW x 8
    BW x 8
    BW x 6
    BW x 5
    BW x 4

    Tricep Pushdown (again lol)

    100 x 7

    Triceps absolutley blazed!

what the hell is a bullworker?

workouts looking good as well, the one arm deadlift doesnt twist your back in an odd way, it seems like it would?

One arm deads form is hard to get right. You have to be so careful with them. I think it serioiusley strengthens the core tho. I mean the stabilisers at work must be blazed by doing them lol.
