    I have a marcy squat rack just like that one. Its O K durability, but its light and doesnt seem to strong.. I would probably choose somethign else man.

    Yeah, I might splurge another 20 pounds and get a squat rack that is one step up, so to speak... otherwise, freaking awesome workouts lately. I know one way to bust through a military press plateau... Keep it up!

    I don't see any safety pins on that squat rack. That might be a problem if you are working close to failure. On the other hand, it would be perfect for doing BB lunges.

    Yer might be aproblem. And another bitch is that i wudnt be able to do BB lunges cuz the rack will be in my garage. *****e!* lol

    220 x 6 (****e me! after the last rep my back was screaming at me!) And bi's were pumped up also!

    BB Hack Squats

    10 squats warmup. and then,
    10 squats with 22lb dumbell

    Legs and Back were hurting and full of blood!

    SLDL's

    Grip and back gave up more than anything. Heat still agony to work through. Had to really push myself to do deads because I just didnt feel i could cope. But i got through them lol.

    nice job mike.. those are killer reps with that kinda weight on BB rows. Everything else is looking good as well.

    Corey - hehe, ask coke aswel man Me and Coke hav similar workouts working back and legs on the same day. It really is punishment and in this heat it really does test your strength! Thanks for stoppin by man much appreciated!

    Irish - Cheers man! Well recently ive been trying out a slighlty more upright position, about 10 degrees higher than usual. Just because i feel it hits my bi's a lot more too, but still managing to really work my back. Usually I'd be at a 50-60 degree angle.
