lol Thanks guys! . Just got back. It was Devon not Cornwall (my mistake)
Had a fantastic time though!! Really was. Weather was great. Spending all my time with my fiance was great, food was great. Im sad and happy to be back home. Wish I could have stayed another week.
And my diet wasnt too bad. I ate loads though! 10oz Gammon steaks, burgers anything with meat. (and a little bit of salad to company it). I think I weigh very close to 170lbs now....
Ill update the max chin challenge when I can. Right now I just wanna relax after a bastard of a 10 hour journey home. (traffic was horrendous!)

Thanks for the replies guys. And cheers WBBIRL I do my best.

    hehe cheers man!
I did a lot of walking and went in the pool on occasions and did a bit of press upping but nothing major.

Was quite funny though. As soon as we arrived and got our keys for our caravan, my dad gave me a leaflet he was given which read
    "Paignton Beach Strongman Challenge"
haha. I didnt go and compete cuz it started at 10.00am and I wanted to wake up with Hannah and not leave her while she slept.

Startin' young there, eh, man? Sounds like a good time you had on vacation. I would have done the Strongman Comp, myself. You can always wake up next to your woman but a Strongman Comp only comes around once in a while.

hehe cheers guys for the input!

Kingwilder and McVein - Marriage in England is 16 with parents consent I believe. It probs will be a long engagement, but we're happy to wait. Cuz the wedding's gonna be a big beast of a wedding lol. A traditional white wedding. We've both left school now. (waiting on GCSE results) and Im still searching for a bastard job! lol.

Offhegoes - hehe, Been engaged for a while man and thanks dude

Guido - Indeed hehe. Yer vacation was bliss. I really miss it now though

SpecialK - Lots of people think im alot older. Im 16 but sometimes ive been mistaken for 20+ even 25 on occasions. And thanks alot man

    EXACTLY... You'll learn...
A child does not learn to squat from the top down. In other words, he does not suddenly make a conscious decision one day to squat. Actually, he is squatting one day and make the conscious decision to stand. Squatting precedes standing in the developmental sequence. This is the way a child's brain learns to use the body as the child develops movement patterns. Therefore, a child is probably crawling, rocks back into a squatting position with the back completely relaxed and the hips completely flexed, and stands when he has enough hip strength. This approach makes a lot of sense and can be applied to relearning the deep squat movement if it is lost. -Gray Cook

hey thanks man Im damn pleased with my lat raises.

yup. So ive noticed most members using the word "Vacation" instead of "Holiday".
Is it known in the USA as a vacation more than a holiday?
not that it really matters lol.
