little bit worn down but aslong as it can hold some heavy weight im not bothered.
the bottom left pin missing doesnt bother me too much. I dont think id be using the bottom pin anyways. unless maybe i buy a bench and im benching

thnks guys for the replies on the rack!
    and thnks Special K!

I have no idea what the shipping would cost for the rack. I imagine it would weigh around 40kg-50kg. Id have it on standard delivery so it would be cheaper. Probs like 50 pound or something stupid like that lol

Since you're getting a squat rack, are you going to invest in some more plates, as well? You'll build up to squatting more than 225 REAL QUICK.

    Very Quick ME Back Day

    Workout

    B.O Barbell Row (paralell)

    66 x 20
    110 x 10
    220 x 8
    220 x 8 + 2 reps!
    220 x 6 + 1 rep!
    220 x 6
    220 x 5

    Damn! lol. Back super strong!

T - Bar Rows (with barbell)

    154 x 10
    154 x 10
    154 x 10

Was piss easy. I can only fit maximum of 154lbs for this lift. No more room on barbell.

This was all for back day. I didnt want to do anything else. No deadlifts, I'll do deadlifts next back workout.
Also. After i finished my workout I went out onto my field outside my house and did some Discus practise with one of my 2kg plates lol. I was Discuss champion in High School and I just love throwing weights around! hehe. My record throw isnt that high though. I managed a 32m throw in high school. My technique is crap but my power is good so If i get the tech right, i'd be able to add another 20m to my record no problem.
