KW - haha. Well glad to solve your quirie man. Thnks!

Chris - Thnk you man. Youtube been down a bit today apparently. hopefully shud be back up soon.

Coke - Much obliged man! Thank u! It feels weird starting so low on the military presses. But i'll work my way back up to 150lbs on them again. And beyond!

Oh and the good news of all! I have finally ordered a squat rack! I reserved a DOMYOS double pin safety 180kg max squat rack. When they get some more in in about a week, they shall give me a ring and Ill go and buy it!
Very good value for money. Very sturdy. It has two sets of pins. One small set and one big set for safety if i drop the weights.
    Cost is £69.99
A ****ing bargain in my opinion!

Nice workout dude. OT, but have you seen Scary Movie 4? Since you seem to like horror movies also, I thought I'd recommend it to you. I saw it last night and they have a nice parody of Saw in there.

Speaking of which, I think I'm gonna go back and watch 1 and 2 this week to prepare for 3

yep. Cover me for squats for the moment. But not for deadlifts hehe.
And imagine two extra plates of weight. Then id be fitting around about 135kg (297lbs) onto the barbell. It just sucks with my barbell that there aint much extra room for plates. id have to take off a couple of two kg plates to get the 20kg's on.
I mean 4 x 20kg plates would be super! lol.Would put me at around 400lbs of weight. maybe for my birthday... which by the way.. is November 19th

You have an olympic bar? If not sell it in e-bay and get a 7 or 8ft olympic. One good thing with a gym membership is there are plenty of plates. We don't have chains for DE though, just bands which I'll start using soon.

yup hopefully. Although I have sent a very convicing cover letter with a CV to Decathlon (fitness store) who will undoubtedly pay more than £100 per week. Probs around the £150 per week margine. But im not compllaining. Ive been searching and applying for jobs for months! And the hardest part is to get the interview. So if i can get an interview for Decathlon im definatley in on the money! (ive applied for the fitness/weights section).
