Well just an update. damn I havnt had a work out for a while! Well I had one at work today.
I had to offload a massive pallet full of weights and plates and stuff.
all 44lbs suitcases of weights. about 50 in total. Damn I was sweating after it. I couldnt be arsed to travel 50 times so i tripled the suticases up lol. so it was a total of 132lbs each time. So yer was a damn workout! Im loving this new job though. Really is awesome.
Only thing now is going to have time for workin out at home. As im full time now (39+ hours per week).

Well hope all is ok with u guys.

Good work-workout combo. Grippers are awesome - be careful not to overdo it the first weeks and blister your hands (I did mine because I'm such an idiot!)

It seems like the CoC's are starting to get quite the following on here. Maybe I need to pick a set up

Let me know how they are.

hehe COC's Trainer and #1 delivered today. Tried them out when i got home just now.
Damn they are tough bastards arnt they!
I tried the trainer out and banged out a few reps with each hand. Quite tough indeed. But what surprised me was that I close the #1 also! (with a struggle) but scraped the metal togethor so it was good. That was with the right hand. Left hand almost there but needs some work. I alredy love these handgrips! hehe Ill try and train them like any other heavy ass lift.
damn I can crush 140lbs with my right hand. Thats pretty sweet when u think about it... lol

yeah, I'll chime in with this, too - lemme know how the CoC grippers work. Nice job crushing 140lbs with one hand... I read that the human bite strength is somewhere around 400 psi, though, so wouldn't that mean your hands are only 1/3 as strong as your jaw? Gotta work on it!

    cheeers guys.
ill let you know how it all goes. Crushing the grippers wont help grip strength much. But doing static holds with grippers and negatives seriousley does improve grip strength. And also not overdoing them. low rep heavy intense sets.

    will do coke.
Oh man the only sessions im gettin in is at work seriousley. I have no time or workouts so i make the best of deliverys.
delivery on a morning is outrageous! lol. real heavy boxes of treadmills, elipticals, bikes, walkers, weghts, barbells, multigyms.
I picked up a box with a multiygym inside the other morning and really struggled to pick it up (had those awful wrapping things around the box to hold with. It was super heavy for me. and when i dropped it I read the label and it said it was 174kg lol. no wonder it felt heavy. it ****ing was!
