K - I use them 3 timse a week.
off - On - Off - On - Off - On - off type thing.
I use a crapy old gripper i have to warm forearms up and get full rom and all of that. Then go into 5 closed reps each hand with the trainer for a couple of sets each (hold for 5 seconds closed) Then Do some static holds with the #1 for 20 seconds each hand crushing as hard as I can. (right hand is easy to crush and hold the #1, left isnt as strong. But neverthless I hold as hard as I can for about 20 seconds.
So after a couple of sets of statics with the #1 its back to 5 reps each hand on the trainer and then a 20 seconds static hold each hand with the trainer. Then workout is finished. and forarms are blazed.
Especially last nite in my CoC Workout walking home. I decided to go pyscho and hold the trainer for as long as possible without stopping (with both hands). I managed 1 minute with my right hand and 45 seconds with my left. I was pretty impressed but my forearms hted me for it! lol.
