    K - I use them 3 timse a week.

off - On - Off - On - Off - On - off type thing.

I use a crapy old gripper i have to warm forearms up and get full rom and all of that. Then go into 5 closed reps each hand with the trainer for a couple of sets each (hold for 5 seconds closed) Then Do some static holds with the #1 for 20 seconds each hand crushing as hard as I can. (right hand is easy to crush and hold the #1, left isnt as strong. But neverthless I hold as hard as I can for about 20 seconds.

So after a couple of sets of statics with the #1 its back to 5 reps each hand on the trainer and then a 20 seconds static hold each hand with the trainer. Then workout is finished. and forarms are blazed.

Especially last nite in my CoC Workout walking home. I decided to go pyscho and hold the trainer for as long as possible without stopping (with both hands). I managed 1 minute with my right hand and 45 seconds with my left. I was pretty impressed but my forearms hted me for it! lol.

HB - I do love it hehe. Its a great feeeling. Makes me feel like I am actually progressing and doing well. endorphin sensations for the win! lol. Thanks HB

Chris - Thnks man. I sure am! It's a lot more exciting way of improving grip strength than doing static holds with a barbell. Makes me feel that little bit more insane! lol. And also speaking of "Tons", today at work I had to load a pallet truck full of 20kg boxes (2 x 10kg plates in each). There was a total of around 50 boxes on the pallet truck. So it equated to around 1,000kg (1 ton) and it was heavy as **** to push on the pump truck lol. Real heavy. twas like pushing a car. I wanna try and put 2 tonns on and see if i cud push that... lol

    Rob - Cheeers man!

Full Body Workout tomorrow! Im gonna be dead!! R4WR!! lol

    Good workout.

Set up some string to squat onto if your unsure about your depth.
Face it: biceps are the muscle that classifies you as a muscle man.

Con – haha Thanks man!  Yup high volume for the win! Negative basically means starting at the top of the movement and doing the movement backwards. So for Bi curls. Cleaning the weight up to my shoulders (With Bi Curl Grip), and then lowering it slowly down trying to hold it for as long as possible. With bi curls it burns! Lol

Rob – Cheers! Yer damn rite Arnie styles are the dogs ******

McIrish – Thank u very much dude! Work been very busy and hard lately. Fun though. Real heavy as usual. Deliveries are the ****! Lol

CoCoa – I am very pleased with that session dude! Thnks!

LK – Thnks man! I’d nail 3pps if I had the weight. Bring on the 30th September when I get paid!

Just like to add. When I get paid I'll get some 20kg plates. Ill just get two I think. So an extra 40kg (88lbs) of weight shud be good. Still not enough though, But i'll slowly build up my collection of plates.

Would be £40 for 2 plates, but cuz I get 20% off I get 2 plates for £32. Not bad at all!
They are skanks though. I dont get the discount straight away, I have to have my name written on the reciept and get the cashback later. But o well. Rant over......

Work tomoz at 9. delivery will be huge. Getting closer to Christmas.

I've probably only done the upright rows a couple of times, could never get into them either but it looks like a useful movement though, for someone else, right?? - ...man, that is a very nice workout - ace military press pr.
