yer its hannah . Were good thanks man. I'm reallylooking forward to seeing her tonight. (havnt seen her for a couple of days)

And also. Went out for a cople of drinks with pops las nite. And was in the car and we drove past a community centre about 5-10 minutes walk away from where i live. It had a communinty gym in. And damn its awesome!! proepr hardcore gym been there 20 years!
Had all free weights and some hardcore machines. leg press, tri pushown, eated row, hip machine, lat pulldown and few others. (leg press identical to the one in Ronnnies The Unbeleiveable. Except it was red) DB's up to 60kg, 132lbs i think but didnt proeprly check. squat rack, power rack and benches.

    They charge £1.80 per session ($3.30) off peak (9.30 - 4.00) and £2.80 ($5.20) Peak (4.00 - 9.00)

Not a bad gym. its my kind of gym. Had loads of olympic bars, and loads of 20kg plates. Awesome! and the price is awesome also! Looks like i wont be buying more weight afterall!

awesome job finding the new gym.. that sounds like it will be awesome. Do they not have monthly memberships? Those aren't bad prices and I'm sure you'll only go there when you need to do some heavy lifting that you can't accomplish at your house.

Dude, that video is *hilarious*, I love how you furtively check for the boss before pulling close to 400 lbs. Nice. As said, you're definitely beefier than before, way to put it on, Mikey!

Hey, you and Hannah think about names for the little terror yet?

Coke - Thnks dude. it certainly is great news!

Well on with the workout to write up! I went to the new gym i found but it was closed until 12! damnit! So i thought **** it! and i went to the gym i used to go to. (just has HS style machines). Very pleasing workout! Im so much stronger than I used to be!

    Thursday 5th October

Full Body Workout Well as much as possible with just machines.. Awesome workout though!

All numbers changed to lbs from KG.

Leg Press (lol...) Only goes upto 392lbs

All Full ROM no half rep sissy ****!

    154 x 10
    154 x 10
    392 x 10
392 x 11 (just pushed another rep out.. Damn it felt like ****ing cardio!) Good pump in thighs though! Works out to about just over 4pps. Was easy.

Seated Row Machine (strength on this has gone thorugh the roof since last time i used it)

    62 x 10
    88 x 5
123 x 5 (I remember when I used to struggle on this) lol
140 x 5 (this used to be my max!)
    154 x 4
    170 x 2
    180 x 2
    200 x 1 (Partial Rep)
    262 x 0.5 (very partial rep)

180lbs is so much harder on this machine than 180lb on barbell.

Lat Pulldown (Palms to face grip)

    92 x 6
    154 x 5
    200 x 4 (easy!)
    216 x 2
216 x 1 (meant to put it on 231 but i forgot) lol.
    231 x 1 (Current Max) (105kg) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WJ41WJfL8Bc

    Shoulder Press machine

    66 x 10
    132 x 5
    154 x 4
    165 x 2
    176 x 1 (w00t! 132 x 1 used to be my max on this machine!)
    187 x 0.5 (damn!)

    Chest Press Machine

    110 x 8
    185 x 5
    200 x 2
    185 x 5

Even stronger on these too! Which is strange.

    Bicep Curl machine

    44 x 10
    77 x 5
    88 x 5
    100 x 2
    110 x 1
    44 x 10

    Biceps Truley Burned!!

Pumped workout! I felt great after it!
