    cheers coke! Certainly was. Nearly threw up on the way home... lol


    Also I went on the scales at the gym today.
    I weigh a measly 70kg! lol 154lbs. But my scales at home say 11 stone 13 which is about 167lbs. Weird!

    If I am actually 154lbs its good in a way because ive lost weight but gained strength! haha. Always a bonus!

    Holy damn, how long did that most recent workout take? Looks like you were in there for 3 hours, kid! Lemme know how the max bench goes! I bet somewhere around 220! Do more than 205, you can nail it.

    All I can say is. WOW!

    Barbell Bench Press After over a year of no barbell benching

    What! this is a new exercise for my journal!

    Bar x 20 (45lbs)

    Asked for a spot. I was shakey with the 176 (jus gettin form back again) 225 went up pretty damn smoothly. I was very pleased! Ill shoot for 240 next time! benching rele felt good. Spotter was good aswell.

    Deadlift

    Oo yea! lol

    315 x 4 (dont know why i didnt do 5)
    360 x 1
    405 x 1 (Had to really pull at the top, but i did it. All raw too. Im well happy.

    BB Row

    225 x 5 (felt easy as 123) So much easier with just 45's and not loads of plates!

    I wanted to do squats but i was a little hesitant at maxing. And it was a bitch cuz everyone had left the gym so i cudnt ask for a spot. I was dissaponted so i jus did leg press.

    (should have done more but i was strapped for time!)

    Shoulder Press (just doing it for feel)

    Did some reps. Nothing major. Its a good pulley system but doesnt tell youwhat ur lifting. So therefore its ****. lol

    Seated Row

    Again doesnt say how much. So i was jus estiaimting. It had 15 pegs in total. i wreckon 15th peg was about 180lbs.

    7 peg x 8
    12 peg x 5
    14 peg x 5
    15 peg x 6

    Easy... maxxed the machine. Light weight! lol

    T-Bar Row Jus tryin these out. (just with a hand grip, no attachments)

    Could have done 5 or maybe 6 plates. But The other end kept flying up. Gotannoying. Ill have to do these when someone is around so they can stand on the other end.

    Workout over! i was pumpd!
    O i forgot. I hada little bit of curl jockeyness inside me. I jus did 20 reps of the 45lb bar.... lol.

    Im thrilled with the 4pps deadlift! 405lbs @ 160BW (ive lost weight. stupid! lol)
    2.5 x BW not too shabby. Ill nail 495 next time... lol
