    Good lifts there, I was at my best in about 2001. Makes you wonder what level you would be at if things carried on how they were! Also I've added you on Facebook mate (Jamie-Paul Mason)

    Forgot to add, Registered with new doctors so got weighed etc.

    Currently at 92.3kg (203lbs) (14.5 stone) So i've lost a lot of weight since I moved house and have to walk a mile down hill on the way to work, and a mile uphill on the way back!
